Your Rights, Obligations, and How We Operate

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. win99 relies on the information you provide and accepts no liability for losses resulting from inaccurate account information supplied by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win99 login credentials. You agree to notify win99 immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. win99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

win99 may, at its discretion, conduct enhanced identity verification ("KYC") at any stage of your use of the Platform. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request and to provide documentary evidence of your identity, address, and payment methods within a reasonable timeframe as specified by win99.

All financial transactions on the win99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, SadaPay, and Raast. win99 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account has been fully verified under win99's KYC procedures.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected payment method has been met.
• The withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved by win99's payments team.

win99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but win99 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus wallet separately from their main PKR balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Players who are found to be abusing the win99 bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements — may have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed.

All games available on the win99 Platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participation.

win99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are broadcast from accredited studios. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, win99 reserves the right to void any affected bet or round. win99 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

win99 reserves the right to void bets where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a manifest error in odds, lines, or game parameters has occurred. Players who knowingly exploit a manifest error will have affected winnings voided regardless of any payout already credited to their account.

win99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a means of income generation.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all win99 account holders:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the win99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one win99 account under any name or combination of personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or manifest pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing win99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the win99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of win99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win99 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not confer any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any win99 content without the prior written consent of win99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access due to the player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, Internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures beyond win99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature, even where win99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in this Agreement limits win99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

win99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the win99 Privacy Policy.

win99 will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required to fulfil win99's legal and operational obligations.

win99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, win99 will provide advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is clearly displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the win99 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
